Text to save

Save references by texting them to Bloom — SMS and WhatsApp on every plan, iMessage on Starter and above, with board routing, notes, and group chats.

Most references find you when you're nowhere near your library — in a feed, in a group chat, on the couch. Text to save closes that gap: text a link or an image to Bloom and it's saved before you've lost the thread.

How it works

Once your phone is connected, Bloom gives you a contact you can message like any other. Send it:

  • A link — an Instagram post, a Vimeo video, a TikTok, any URL.
  • An image or video — straight from your camera roll.
  • Instructions — Bloom understands plain language. Tell it "put this on the pitch board" to route a save, or "note: reference for the opening shot" to attach a note.

Everything lands in your library, indexed and searchable like any other reference.

Setup and phone verification

  1. Go to Settings → Connections and choose SMS, WhatsApp, or iMessage.
  2. Enter your phone number and confirm the verification code.
  3. Save the Bloom contact and send your first message.

If you skipped phone setup during onboarding, this is where to find it.

Channels by plan

  • SMS and WhatsApp — every plan, including Basic.
  • iMessage — Starter and above.

Group chats

On paid plans you can add Bloom to group chats (iMessage), and anything saved there routes to a board you choose during setup — handy for a team or project chat where everyone drops references. Group chat limits by plan: 2 on Starter, 5 on Pro, 25 on Team. A workspace admin completes the group setup.

Limits on the free plan

Basic includes 60 text-to-saves total. After that, Bloom lets you know you've used them up; every paid plan is unlimited. Your current count is under Settings → Usage.

You'll only ever get messages from Bloom in response to your own — no marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and see the privacy policy for how message content is handled.
