Bloom's settings are organized into four areas: Account, Workspace, Billing, and Connections. Here's what lives where, and who can change it.
Account
Your personal settings — these follow you, not the workspace.
- Profile — your name and details.
- Notifications — control your email notifications, including the toggle for comment emails. If you're getting more (or less) email than you'd like about comments and feedback, this is the place.
Workspace
Settings for the workspace itself. These require owner or admin access.
- General — rename the workspace and set its avatar.
- People — manage members, guests, and pending invites. For how members and guests differ, see Members & guests.
Billing
Also owner and admin only.
- Plan — see your current plan, upgrade, or downgrade. Details in Managing your subscription.
- Usage — meters for boards, storage, Creative Memory, text-to-saves, GIF projects, and members & guests. When something feels capped, check here first.
Connections
Where Bloom connects to the outside world.
- Sources — connect Pinterest, Vimeo, and Dropbox to import your existing collections. Imports are owner/admin only and skip anything already in your library. See Imports.
- SMS, iMessage, and WhatsApp — set up text-to-save. Phone verification lives here: verify your number once, then save references by texting them to Bloom.
Good to know: If a setting seems missing, check your role. Workspace, Billing, and import settings are only visible to owners and admins — members see Account and their personal Connections.
