Everything billing-related lives in one place: Settings → Plan for your subscription, and Settings → Usage for where you stand against your limits. Only workspace owners and admins can see and manage these pages.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Plan. The four plans:
- Basic — free.
- Starter — $7/mo, or $60/yr.
- Pro — $18/mo, or $180/yr, per member.
- Team — contact [email protected] to get set up.

Annual vs. monthly
Every paid plan comes in monthly and annual flavors, and annual billing saves you money: Starter is $60/yr instead of $84 at the monthly rate, and Pro is $180/yr instead of $216. If you know Bloom is sticking around in your workflow, annual is the better deal.
Per-member billing on Pro
Pro is priced per member — each member seat in your workspace is billed at the Pro rate. Guests are separate from members and have their own per-plan limits; see Members & guests for the difference.
The Research Agent trial
The Research Agent comes with a 7-day free Pro trial that starts without charge. During the trial you get the full Pro plan, so it's also a good way to test Pro's higher limits before committing.
Who can manage billing
Plan changes and billing details are restricted to the workspace owner and admins. If you need a plan change and don't see the option, ask whoever owns your workspace.
Usage meters
Settings → Usage shows a meter for each limit on your plan: boards, storage, Creative Memory, text-to-saves, GIF projects, and members & guests. Check it before upgrading — sometimes the limit you're hitting is the only one that matters, and it tells you exactly which plan solves it.
Good to know: Hitting a limit never loses your work. Saves past your Creative Memory cap still land in your library; they just aren't indexed for AI search until you upgrade.
