Here's the plain-language version of how Bloom handles your content. For the full legal text, see the privacy policy and terms of service.
Your content stays yours
Everything you save into Bloom is yours. Bloom stores your references so you can search, organize, and share them — saving something to Bloom doesn't transfer ownership of it.
How AI processes your references
Bloom's AI indexing — called Creative Memory — processes your references to make them searchable by description: subject, mood, color, style. That's what powers search across your library and the rest of Creative Intelligence. Indexing happens automatically in the background, up to your plan's allowance.
SMS consent and opting out
Text-to-save works over SMS, iMessage, and WhatsApp, and it's strictly reply-only: Bloom only replies to messages you send it — it never texts you first with anything else. If you want out, reply STOP at any time and Bloom stops.
Deletion and recovery
When you delete something, it goes to your trash and stays recoverable for a window that depends on your plan: 7 days (Basic), 14 (Starter), 30 (Pro), or 60 (Team). After that window, it's permanently deleted. See Deleting & recovering for how to restore items.
Good to know: "Permanently deleted" means exactly that — once the recovery window passes, the item can't be brought back, by you or by support.
Questions?
