When a board is ready to show, share it as a presentation: a clean, client-facing link that opens in any browser. Viewers don't need a Bloom account.
Creating a presentation link
Open the board and choose Present (or Share). Bloom mints a unique link you can copy and send. The presentation reflects the board's current arrangement — the curation work you did on the board is exactly what viewers see, on desktop or mobile.
What viewers can do
You control what each link allows. The permission toggles:
- Download — let viewers download references ("pull selects").
- Search — let viewers search within the presentation.
- Favorite — let viewers mark favorites, so you can see what landed.
- Comment — let viewers leave comments, no account required.
- Notes — choose whether your reference notes are visible to viewers: never, on hover, or always.
- Show titles — show or hide reference titles.
Viewers can identify themselves with a name when they favorite or comment, so feedback from multiple people on one link stays attributable.
Branding
Pro and Team can remove Bloom branding from presentation links. Basic and Starter keep the Bloom mark. See Plans & limits.
Sharing and revoking
Send the link however you like — it's just a URL. If you need to cut off access, revoke the link from the same share dialog; anyone opening it afterward is politely turned away. You can always create a fresh link later.
Tips
- Arrange before you share: presentation order is board order.
- Turn on Favorite when you want a client to pull selects — it beats "I liked the third one from the bottom."
- Add notes to references and set notes to on hover for context that doesn't clutter the layout.
